Agreement to Terms

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account and communication preferences

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your information

Payments & Billing

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, and intellectual property provided by AILT Group—including training materials, workflows, automation systems, and digital assets—are owned by or licensed to AILT Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

Business outcomes or financial results

System uptime or uninterrupted access

Accuracy or completeness of information

Use of our services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AILT Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

SMS Messaging Terms

AILT Group uses SMS messaging as part of its communication services.

Types of Messages You Will Receive:
AI Literacy and Training DBA AILT Group sends appointment reminders, onboarding messages, follow-ups, and service-related communications related to AI training, SaaS, CRM automation, and marketing services.

Opt-Out Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 504-502-9043. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

You will receive weekly and appointment-based messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
